About X Is Possible, LLC
Established in 2016, X Is Possible, LLC is a Black-owned, woman-owned personal and professional development company that provides individual and group coaching, and facilitates leadership programs. X Is Possible, LLC also provides management consulting services to socially-responsible organizations in the areas of change management, leadership development, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion strategy.
Erica M. Roberts is the founder and President of X Is Possible LLC, and Executive Director of Pathways to Excellence, Incorporated, and administers the HBCU Pathways Program in Maryland. As the Program Director for the HBCU Pathways Program, and past President of the Washington DC Chapter of the National Black MBA Association, Erica has worked with college-bound students for two decades.
Ms. Roberts initially created the HBCU Pathways Program out of a need to expose students to campus, as well as career paths in STEM. Having mentored high school students for more than 20 years, Erica recognized that students did not understand their choices related to advanced education and career paths, and often selected majors and colleges based on limited information. A certified executive coach, Ms. Roberts understands that poor early career decisions lead to career dissatisfaction and unfulfilled potential.
With extensive experience in workforce development and student development, and strong ties to government agencies and national and community organizations, Ms. Roberts has built a coalition of strategic partners to support the national HBCU Pathways Program expansion.
